Whether you want to move more freely, enhance athletic performance or just feel better in your body, there’s a class for you. If there are no classes on days that suit you please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.

Group Classes

All class sizes are limited to ensure individual attention and correct technique.

CORE CLASS

Slow but strong. Expect a restorative class, moving with intention and control. Exercises to really build the core and strengthen the spine, balanced with relaxtion and tension relief. Suitable for all skill levels. Modifications can be implemented to add challenge or support injury.

DYNAMIC CLASS

More challenge, higher energy. Expect to sweat and feel the burn. A full body workout to build endurance, flexibility and challenge your core.

Not suitable for those navigating an active injury.

Can be conducted in the comfort of your own home or at The Priory in a private room.
